Arbeláez - Colombia

from $18.99

Origin: Arbeláez, Cundinamarca — Colombia
Farm: Finca Brasil (Well-Born Farm)
Variety: Arabica
Roast: Light
Tasting Notes: Caramel, Stone Fruit, Citrus

This coffee comes from Finca Brasil, our farm in the mountain region of Arbeláez, Colombia, managed by Lurdes Duque using biodynamic and organic practices. Here, coffee grows among banana trees, hibiscus and native shade in rich volcanic soil.

Unlike most coffee on the East Coast, these beans never pass through warehouses or commodity supply chains. We harvest and process the coffee on the farm, transport it to Bogotá’s El Dorado airport, and fly it directly to New York. From there it goes straight to our roaster.

Roasted light to preserve its natural sweetness and clarity, Finca Brasil produces a smooth, balanced cup with notes of caramel, stone fruit and citrus.

From our farm to your cup. Better coffee from the ground up.
